builds confidence, develops soft skills such as communication and teamwork, and delivers tailored job-readiness training.

Two people, a woman and a man, standing at a counter in a small kitchen or food stand. The woman is using a tablet, and the man is standing close, looking at the screen. The woman is wearing a gray shirt with a graphic and the words "Sator G..." on the back. The man is wearing a black sweatshirt with white text that says "BEHIND THE COLLECTIVE." The counter has some supplies, including a box of large gloves, and the background shows a cluttered kitchen with various items.
