How we're responding to COVID-19

Empowering Young People Into Employment.

Social Engine’s mission is to build life skills and provide work experience that enables ‘at risk’ young people to secure real jobs. Our primary purpose is to change lives through getting young people into work that matters, but we’re also committed to building awareness of issues surrounding youth unemployment. Our mission is to create a financially viable and sustainable social enterprise that facilitates the ongoing creation of job opportunities for those who need them. Any profits are reinvested in the enterprise to create more jobs for ‘at risk’ youth.

Our Services

As a unique and multi-faceted social enterprise, the focus is on ‘at-risk’ youth aged between 16 – 25 and offering diverse employment opportunities.

Logistics & Warehousing

Our logistics business is operated from within a 6500 sqm ISO9001 accredited warehouse in Dandenong South. We specialize in small/medium pick, pack, assembly, kitting, disassembly and reverse logistics contracts that the larger 3PL service providers avoid.

This hands on work is ideal to build transferrable skills that our participants can utilize in the open employment market.
