We are passionate about supporting young people to develop the skills they need to gain mainstream employment and thrive in life.
What We Offer
Social Engine offers Youth Employment Programs in hospitality, warehousing & logistics. All streams are facilitated by qualified and experienced staff.
Our Programs create job opportunities, build life skills and give young people the confidence and courage they need to secure jobs.
Our program runs over a 3–6 month timeframe, dependent on the needs of each participant and is a pathway into mainstream employment. We provide training and paid work experience to young people that builds their confidence, gives them a desire to come to work and lays a strong foundation for their working life.

Our Warehouse Program
Enables young people to secure real jobs in the Logistics sector.
Our participants gain:
- Experience in pick and pack operations they can take into any warehouse environment
- Valuable training in workplace safety, work routines and time management
- Guidance by a work mentor in navigating transport and other aspects of the workday scenario
- Social skills needed for thriving in a real work environment
Our Hospitality Program
Enables young people to secure real jobs in the Hospitality sector.
Our participants gain:
- Valuable experience they can take into any hospitality environment including barista skills, food handling and great customer service
- Training in workplace safety, work routines and time management
- Guidance by a work mentor in navigating transport and other aspects of the workday scenario
- Social skills needed to thrive in a real work environment
