Mark is the Managing Director of PAWS Fulfillment PTY (Social Engine) and CEO-Big Brothers Big Sisters and Chair/Board Member of other organisations. He is passionate about assisting young people reach their full potential and is driven by a personal belief in the power of business to do good through balancing commercial and social purpose. 

Mark Watt AM has always believed “every young person should have equal opportunities in life regardless of their circumstances”. With this in mind, he co- founded Whitelion, a national not for profit organisation established in 1999 to provide transition services to young people exiting the justice system. Over twenty years serving as CEO, Mark grew Whitelion to the organisation it is today. 

Mark is the Managing Director of PAWS Fulfillment PTY (Social Engine), has a Masters in Social Work and holds a Bachelor of Business. He is also CEO-Big Brothers Big Sisters and holds a number of community leadership positions including being the chair of Surrender Australia and the ‘First Step’ Program. 

Mark was appointed a Member (AM) in the General Division of the Order of Australia “for significant service to the community, particularly to disadvantaged and at-risk youth, through social welfare support organisations”.He was also awarded the Robin Clark Memorial Award in 2005 in recognition of excellence in the category of ‘Making a Difference to Children, Young People and Families’ for his commitment to supporting disadvantaged and at-risk young people.
